County Fair Cash Crunch and Beef-Pork Exports Down Slightly
Monday Mar 15th, 2021 County fairgrounds face a cash crunch, as the pandemic forces ongoing cancellations of events.
A number of county fair boards have already voted to cancel their 2021 fairs.
Some fairs have made accommodations for junior livestock sales, so students can still market their animals.

Organizers of the race posted the news up on their Facebook page on Sunday afternoon: We are sad to announce that due to the uncertainty of how the pandemic will continue to progress in the coming months and which regulations will be in place, we will not be holding the Father’s Day Road Race in 2021. ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Minister for Science and Technology Chaudhry Fawad Hussain on Sunday has said that it’s the duty of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to conduct fair and transparent elections as per the Constitution.
In a post on social-networking website Twitter, the minister said that eliminating corrupt practices during the polls is the constitutional mandate of the election commission.
